I am overjoyed right now… Despite the time of the month and the amount of pain I am in.
My face is so very clear and healthy right now. I have a bit here and there, but my skin is soooo clear regardless of timing, exercise, and the fact that I had a bit of chocolate today… But it was dark, so I’ll be all right.
My collar bone is sticking out more, and my chicken wings aren’t so flappy. Haha. I think I just love saying that. Anyway, I’m noticing change all over, which is good. I just know I have to work harder and keep my goals straight every day. My back is also becoming a bit flatter. It’s not much change, but it’s a start. And you have to start somewhere.
I am digging this. I’m learning sooo much about myself, food, and being healthy.
WOOT. Life style changes are always exciting to me :)
